Sarah is a singer songwriter that grew up in Canada and North Carolina. She’s an Indie Country Artist that started her journey on American Idol where she made it to the top 20. She then moved to NYC where she met her husband, Grammy Nominated producer Ernie Lake. Now based in Nashville, her videos have been viewed over a million times on Youtube and have aired on CMT and Tidal. Her songs have been featured on Nashville Radio station Lightning 100, Sirius XM, Tidal, Apple and Spotify Curated Playlists.
As a songwriter Sarah has had cuts with a variety of artists including The Voice finalist Moriah Formica, Ms. America Betty Cantrell, Tegan Marie, Jillian Steele, Mandi Sagal and Runaway June. She’s had holds with country music legends Jennifer Nettles and Reba McEntire. Sarah has opened for Sam Hunt, Lindsay Ell, A Thousand Horses, Anderson East and has played in festivals Rock the South and Southern Wilds amongst others. She’s also a Yoga teacher and has expanded her music into the wellness world as a featured artist.
